What is Self Hypnosis
Self Hypnosis is a self-healing technique widely used for many disorders. It is available in a form of audio, video or written format, usually as MP3 and can be easily downloaded and used immediately.
Self-hypnosis is often used to lower the stress levels and for deep relaxation. There is also another similar technique called Biofeedback that works in the same manner but with a help of a relaxation machine. There are a few methods used for stress reduction and relaxation through hypnosis. An expensive one is guided by a real hypnotherapist, and more affordable self-hypnosis method including scripts or audio files with a recorded voice of a therapist who guides you through the process. Great advantage of the self-hypnosis is that you can use it at home or whenever you want.
